make Badam Milk | easy Almond Milk Recipe
Almond Milk is a delicious and nourishing Indian drink made with almonds, milk, and a variety of sweeteners and spices.

Serves: 2 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup whole almonds (20 to 24 pcs)
- 4 cups water
- 4 cups / 500 ml milk
- 1/2 cup sugar (or to taste)
- 1/2 teaspoon Green cardamom powder
- 1 pinch saffron (optional)
Directions:
1. Wash and Soak the almonds in water for at least 4 hours or overnight. Drain the almonds and remove the skins.
2 .Grind the almonds into a smooth paste using a blender or food processor.
3. Heat the milk in a saucepan over medium heat until it comes to a boil. Add the almond paste (made in step 2), sugar, cardamom powder, and saffron (if using) to the pan and stir well to combine.
4. Reduce the heat to low and simmer for 5-10 minutes, until the mixture has thickened slightly. Remove the pan from the heat and allow the badam milk to cool slightly before serving.. its ready to serve
You can adjust the sweetness of the badam milk by using more or less sugar to suit your taste. You can also try adding a few strands of saffron to the milk for a more aromatic and flavorful drink.
